- Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order.
- Please note that we cannot accept returns on personalised products unless they are faulty.
- Please inform us of any damages within 3 working days of receiving the order. Goods damaged will be replaced at no cost, providing the goods are returned to us.
- The designs used by Signs and Numbers are copyright and Signs and Numbers retains ownership of this intellectual material. The designs may not be copied for production or publication by other parties without express permission of Signs and Numbers.
- A one year guarantee is provided on our gift products, covering materials and workmanship. Wood is a natural product which will change colour, swell and contract according to weather conditions. Weathering can be part of the materials charm, and with routine maintenance our house signs will provide many years of service.
- Signs and Numbers is aware of your rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (DSR).
- Signs and Numbers reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time and place revised versions on the website.
